In today’s health video I am providing you with a list of the 25 lowest calorie foods that you have available to incorporate into your diet.

 

For each of the 25 lowest calorie foods, I have listed the amount of calories per 100 grams and also converted the calories to kilojoules so you have both energy metrics to consider when making your dietary choices.

 

I would strongly suggest you all take note of these food and start incorporating as many of them into your daily meals as possible to aid in your weight management and general health.

 

So that you have a well known food to compare these 25 lowest calorie foods to, a skinless chicken breast which is said to be very low in calories has 172 calories or 720 kilojoules per 100 grams,  so just keep that in mind as I list these foods.
